Canadian Personal Video Recorder
Market Data Survey
Hello and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. onshore.ca is a Canadian software company launching a Personal Video Recording (PVR) software suite for use in the Canadian market. We hope to gather initial feedback via this survey to help drive the initial features of the software, as well as to determine the pricing model which best suits our potential customers.
The PVR software we are creating is specific to the Canadian market. It allows you to use your personal computer to select from TV listings available to Canadians, schedule recordings much like a VCR, and play back those recordings at your own leisure. The software also enables you to tune your existing digital cable or digital satellite receiver to the correct channel at a given time based on your scheduled recording.
By completing this survey, you will be given the chance to become a beta tester of the software once we start User Acceptance Testing. The results of your survey answers (negative or positive) will not affect your chances of being chosen as a beta tester. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS USED TO COMPILE DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION ONLY. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL ONLY IF YOU ANSWER "YES" TO BECOMING A BETA TESTER.
Thank you for your time. If you have any questions/comments please write to us at info@onshore.ca
